It’s Getting R Kelley up in Here! #AugustMoon14

August Moon BB     What’s hiding in your closet?

I don’t have much in the way of clothes anymore, so it is pretty easy for me to tell you what’s in my closet:

  • 3 Pairs of Black Slacks
  • 2 Pairs of khakis
  • 2 Pairs of jeans
  • 1 Long-Sleeve Button Down Shirt (blue pin stripes)
  • 1 Long-Sleeve Button Down Shirt (red pin stripes)
  • 3 Brown plaid long-sleeve button down shirts
  • 3 Light Blue short-sleeve button down shirts
  • 1 Ivory Button down shirt
  • 1 Canary Yellow Tie.
  • 1 Hand Crocheted hoodie-sweater of which all the people are jealous.

There is also a sword, and um… a huge shit-load of notebooks. Like way too many notebooks.

That’s about it.

Oh, wait, I found a piece of the dog’s bone… she likes to hide it in my closet because she can’t bury it inside. Poor dog.

That’s not really what you wanted to know anyway, was it? You wanted to know my style.

I don’t have a style. I never really have. I tried to have a style once, but I was accused of being a “Hugo Chavez looking Muthafugga.” Direct quote.

It didn’t work out for me, anyway. My head was way too fat for a beret.

For a long time, I wore exactly the same outfit every day. I wanted to live in a cartoon, so I dressed like one. That isn’t to say that I didn’t change clothes, I just only bought the exact same clothes over and over and over again.

That’d be a short-sleeve green t-shirt over a different color long-sleeve green t-shirt. After the house fire, a bunch of short sleeve button down shirts were donated to me, and I started wearing them over my long sleeve t-shirts.

I’d still dress like that if I didn’t need to look fancy for my job.

I guess I like looking fancy.

Speaking of fancy: I used to have a bunch of garb. I don’t have that anymore. None of it would fit me if I did. I hope it all found a good home.

I miss LARP.

That’s today’s update. Now I have to go finish cooking dinner…

… Sorry for phoning it in… I should be ashamed…
