Screaming- 2010 has been the year of the loud and the insane. I think it pretty much hit the ground running, and hasn’t really slowed down yet. For me, I was spending as much time as I could distracting myself from a steadily declining economic stance, with whatever I could find to keep my mind busy.
As the year sped along, I found myself in a larger and larger pile of projects, with less and less fulfillment from what I had. It all pretty much came to a head around August, and started barreling from brutally chaotic abstracts in my mind, and finally began to take form. In September, Screaming Voice of Reason was born, and it gave me the first real outlet for my voice in a long time.
It was intoxicating.
Since then, I’ve become a bit of an addict to online publishing, to be honest. I’m writing two blogs of my own in addition to writing for a couple of others and running a Live Action Role Playing game. Other projects are in the works, which is why I hope my word for 2011 will be:
Harvest- there is a lot of work for me to do in the coming year. I have a lot of really exciting projects and labors of love on my seemingly endless to-do list. I’m hoping that come a year from now, I can start to see the results of my labors.
If not, then, there is always 2012.
